Plymouth Dolphins is proud to play and train as First and Development Contact Rugby Union Teams and as a Gender-Inclusive Touch Team (including trans men and women).

Our training sessions support everyone to learn and play the game!

Your first month of membership is FREE!

Once you’ve joined, membership fees are £15.00 per month via direct debit/standing order and include:

  • training sessions

  • official team kit for matches

  • playing in official and friendly matches

  • voting rights in the club

  • insurances

  • affiliation fees

  • discounts on club merchandise

For all registered members we also give you discounts through our sponsors and partners including OMG and MJ Therapy.

Please note you need to be 18+ to play.

TRAINING SESSIONS

Touch Rugby Training:
EVERY Monday 6.15pm-19:30pm

Contact Rugby Training:
EVERY Wednesday 6.15pm-8:00pm

Training is open to everyone who wants to attend, and caters to new and experienced players.

Our coaches plan training sessions for all abilities, and you will get to build your skills and learn something new every week.

Contact games are usually played on Saturday afternoons in the winter, touch rugby is in the summer.

Plymouth Dolphins play league matches and tournaments as our First and Development Squads (aka Plymouth Dolphins and Plymouth Porpoises) and Touch Teams

Home games are played in Plymouth, and Away fixtures at the relevant club ground.

When playing away, we often stay over to enjoy the nightlife and hospitality of our host clubs, or show our guests a great time when they visit.

Home Match Fees are set at £5.00 per player. These fees go towards paying for referees and post-match food etc.

All players receive food post-match at both home and away games.
