Plymouth Dolphins’ success is built on hard work and a unique team spirit. We’re incredibly proud of what we have achieved in such a short space of time. Maintaining this special environment is almost impossible without the support from our sponsors.
Sponsorship not only provides our team with essential kit, equipment, transport but also increases our capacity to welcome players from increasingly diverse and socio-economical backgrounds into our rugby family. This helps us to uphold one of our core beliefs: “Rugby should be available and accessible to all.”
The downloadable guide lays out the different ways you can engage with us through sponsorship, and what we are able to give to you in return, including the sponsorship of individual players.
Apart from the reward of supporting the growth and success of our inclusive team, we offer advertising across our ever-growing social media platforms and at local events (including popular Pride events across the region).
Sponsors will also be invited to our annual awards event and we would love to see you at training events, our summer barbeques and of course supporting us at games!
Becoming A Club Kit Sponsor
Our kit is a key platform for our sponsors; it appears in every training session and at every game.
Sponsorship for Plymouth Dolphins RFC and individual players begins as a minimum two-year commitment: sponsorship rates cover the entire 2-year period. This enables us to secure the operation of the club in the short and long term.
Kit Sponsorships are usually made as one-off payments. The prices are the minimum sponsorship required: sponsors are welcome to increase the amount.
Sponsorships over £1,000.00 can be made with an initial downpayment of £1,000.00, with the remaining amount paid in the second year.

Individual Player Sponsorship
Sponsors can also sponsor individual players.
All players who receive an IPS will have their items customised with the player’s name, IPS logo and Plymouth Dolphins RFC logo.
Sponsorships begin as a 2-year commitment with an additional £230 paid before the start of the second season to cover the individual’s membership, match and food fees.

Fully Customised Match Balls and Training Balls
Our customised training and match balls are a prime opportunity for you to have your logo in pride of place. They are used weekly at training sessions, on match days, at Pride events and on our club and individual members’ social media.
Your logo will be on display every match with a special individualised thank you post published through all our social media channels.
Fully Customised Club Ties
Dolphin’s players wear their club ties at matches, tournaments, events and all formal wear occasions they attend representing the club giving your logo a broad range of photo opportunities.
Photos with our ties will be tagged as a special thank you and to promote you as a sponsor.
